Product Description
This project is designed according to the requirements of the users and adopts a reverse osmosis processing for pure water, water output is 500L/h, raw water is running water, after the mechanical filtration for removing suspended substance, colloid and other impurities, then under the action of activated carbon filter, it remove organic matter in the water, chlorine, and color flavor. etc. Combined into complete pretreatment system to meet the requirements of RO( reverse osmosis )water, and to ensure the long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis device. After treated by RO (reverse osmosis) treatment, water has removed more than 97% of salt ,which can make its conductance reach less than 10 μ S/cm

Pretreatment part:
Pretreatment section consists of sand filter, activated carbon filter and PP cartridge filtration. Its main function is to remove the particles, colloid in raw water, organic matter, chroma, and residual chlorine, Reach input water requirement of the reverse osmosis device and to protect the reverse osmosis membrane.
Main problems to be solved by pretreatment section

The water tank adopts imported PE or SS tank of one piece, whose main function is to balance the water consumption,and to reduce effects on plant water supplying network during consumption peak ,which could ensure the balanced and continuous operation of the water system. A liquid level control switch can automatically control the operation of reverse osmosis system .2) Raw water pumpThis system equip with one sets of stainless raw water pump, which could provide a water supplying pressure to ensure water stable homogeneous flow through pretreatment equipment.3) Quartz sand filterWorking principle: Quartz sand filter is a pressure filter, use the refined quartz sand filtration filled in the filter, when the water flows through the filter layer from top to bottom, suspended particles and adhesive paper in water will be removed, water turbidity will be reduced. It is often used in reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and pretreatment of electrodialysis equipment .4) Active carbon filterWorking principle: adsorption capacity of activated carbon is mainly in the form of physical adsorption, it also can be some selective adsorption, that is chemical adsorption.Activated carbon is main adsorbent extensively applied in water treatment , lattices in various shapes and sizes which generated during the activation processing ,it will form a huge surface area, so contact surface between carbon and water is very large, and the absorption capacity is strong .Effectively ensure the service life of follow-up equipment, improve the water quality of effluent. During manufacturing of pure water, the role of activated carbon is mainly manifested in following four aspects, reduce oxidation degree in water, avoid organic substances into the contamination of RO membrane module, removal of residual chlorine in water, remove three halide material (THM).Advantages1)Effective Adsorption, space saving2Easy to manage, low operating costs3)Long life raw materialsThe device consists of the barrel, automatic control valves, the top water distributor, the bottom Water distributor, central tube, pipe valves and other components. Different materials with active carbon can be chosen to remove different organic matters or other substances according to different purposes of Adsorption degradation 5) Water softenerEquipment: water softener mainly by water softener (control valve, resin tank, salt box, resin, center pipe, water cloth cap, suction valve of salt, salt suction hose, sewage hose).Working principle: absorb the calcium and magnesium ions in water with resin ,since the hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium and magnesium, In general, we adopt cation exchange resin (softener),replace Ca2+, Mg2+ (main ingredients for scale ) in water with the Ca2+, as the increase of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in resin, removing performance on Ca2+, Mg2+ of resin will gradually reduce. When the resin has absorbed a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions, it must be birth, the regeneration process is that flush resin layer with the salt water in salt box , replace hardness ion out of the resin again, and discharged from the tank with waste liquid of regeneration, then resin resumed the function of softening and exchanging . since the hardness of water is mainly composed of calcium and magnesium ,the principle of sodium ion exchange and softening treatment is to exchange cation in the raw water with resin, hardness constituents Ca2+and Mg2+ in water exchange Na+ in resin, thus absorb the Ca2+and Mg2+ to make the water to be softened, For example, the R Na represents sodium type resin, the exchanging process is as follows:2RNa + Ca2+ = R2Ca + 2Na+2RNa + Mg2+ = R2Mg + 2Na+After the water treated by sodium ion exchanger, the Mg+ was replaced by Na Ca+.6) PP cartridge filterReverse osmosis apparatus is configured with a filtering accuracy of 5μm PP filter, in order to prevent particles from entering the high-pressure pump and the RO membrane assembly and scratches on the membrane surface, PP filter installed polypropylene meltblown filter and replaced in the reach 1kg/cm3 pressure.
